I would be pissed if I paid it and had no fix, well, I would've exhausted all options first before taking it to the dealer, but that's me.Try just tapping the button very briefly. Use a pointy object and hold down the button for 15 seconds. I reset mine while the car was on and it worked fine. Like.I'd bang on dash, no help...disconnect battery for 15 mins, no help... hit reset button, no help.. checked every fuse, all good.... even changed out radio with OEM version of same, no help... the back up …If you’re having problems with your UVO Radio powered by Microsoft in your Kia Sorento or other models.
