The whole download/Roster Share screen is eHaving the same issue earlier as well. Unfortunately there's no fix to it. Now the teambuilder search loads very slow and all names and logos and players have been replaced with XXXXXXX. This is EA's way of making sure players will buy the new game in 2023.
