Biggest differences I was able to tell were: Main rack sits much lower allowing for a 3rd tier (this is bc the augur chute sits under the body. No Wifi/Bluetooth.PP850 here. Temps are 20-30 degrees different left to right. When I do a long B Butt cook with multiples I rotate every two hours so they end up even. Otherwise, I cook on one half or the other depending on how it's going. Actually worked out perfectly to cook ribs on the hot side and tips on the cooler side.
