I found followed this thread after only blower speed on low (1) was working. 2013 Impreza. Harness was visibly burned as others indicated. Replaced fan ($53), resistor ($35), harness ($35), control module ($280) and it's back up and running. With the car running and the ac on but the clutch not spinning hit th ha ac relay with a heavy tool. If the ac clutch spins up at the moment of impact than you know the issue.
