Adept you get adept mods and multiple perk options. Crafted you get enhanced perks (which are only good on some perks, others are barely even noticeable).This allows for craftable weapons to have their spotlight from Enhanced perks and personalization/precise rolls, and for Adepts to have their spotlight from unobtainable rolls, flexibility in the form of 2 rows of perks and Adept mods. I feel like this is the best way to balance Craftable vs Adept moving forward.
