I use Geissele milspec buffer tube, Geissele castle nut, Geissele super 42 H2 weight, and Geissele super 42 spring. Paired with a V-seven titanium buffer retainer kit and a Noveske QD endplate. Buy an H3 buffer and you can use the weights from that to make an H2 as well so you can try all 3.
