Two additional attacks: first from flurry, second is bite (only d4 as sneak) from mutagen. 9d8 sneak attack. Cha mod into AC (but no armor), saves and AB (through smite evil). 5th circle spells and second stage of mutagen.Vivisectionist is strong in the early game because they get 3 sneak attacks with no to-hit penalty at Level 2 thanks to Feral Mutagen. Knife Master upgrades your sneak attack die from d6 to d8 as long as you use small (d4) piercing or slashing weapons like daggers, kukris, etc. Basically you trade base damage for an increase in SA damage. But your sneak attacks will increase as you level, while base weapon damage does not.Dex characters are a bit more tanky, Str characters are more damaging. Str characters are easier to build as they don't need a bunch of feats and specific weapons to function. Also depends what difficulty setting you're planning to play on. You can take oblate background and use wisdom for persuasion instead of cha.

For every level above that, a Vivisectionist is just a miles stronger Rogue.
