The minimap is. AllowMiniMap = false, in the servertest_SandboxVars.lua. The spawn regions are editable and are located in servertest_spawnregions.lua. Nice! I have it turned on within the settings of my server as well, however when playing with my brother I don't see him/he can't see me on the map when we are in the same faction.
