2016 Ram 1500 exhaust system problems with 15 complaints from 1500 owners. The worst complaints are broken exhaust manifold bolts, def system failure, and egr system failure.I saw some pics suggesting that late model 4th gens and all 5th gen 1500's with hemis now have tie bars between the exhaust manifold bolts and the manifolds. It's supposed to alleviate the broken bolt problem. Problems still aren't gone because now I've seen reports of cracked manifolds on 5th gens.
