My 2017 Outback has had multiple episodes of low battery and trunk opening when battery is low. It is not always me that left the hatch open. We turned the rear hatch light off in the first year after the battery was dead 2-3x requiring jump. The dealer has replaced the battery 2x.The problem is my hood won't close. It's always been a pain to close but a few good 6 inch drops as the manual calls for used to close it. Now it will not close at all.
