I got the robe 4 times before finally getting the hat and boots, but it only took me a day and under 6 hours. It was probably 4 hours total if you don't include the 2+ hours I spent soloing and also farming zigazag. If fire is 8% less than death, then what about storm!!! Storm does MUCH more damage then fire or death!!! From the looks of things, Fire has higher health, block, and resistance than Storm, but Storm has the higher crit rating and damage boosts...
The gear from Tartarus is better but there will be even better gear to get your hands on when you reach level 100. It's simply not worth farming for when you will be replacing it so soon. Just stick with the waterworks gear until then. I think that was due to all the complaints about the Zafaria and Avalon ice crafted gear.So basically only lucky people and extreme players can get this gear. I am not the type of person who can get 6 archmage or promethean in two months and i'm positive i'm not alone.
